Sabah is known for good seafood and Fish Market Restaurant, a sauna steamboat restaurant, is the latest seafood restaurant in town that opened its door at Warisan Square (between Centre Point and Waterfront) in March 2017.
The restaurant emphasizes eating healthy – no sugar, no salt, no oil and no MSG. Their highlight is the Sauna Steamboat where there are two compositions – the top is used to steam raw ingredients on the rack using high-speed steam technology at controlled high temperatures with a timer to ensure the food is not overcooked, and the bottom is the pot to cook the porridge.
So, imagine seafood juices dribbling down into the lower pot; adding flavour to the porridge. The combination of flavours from the juices made the porridge taste amazing! You can also add salted egg into the porridge.
Freshly cooked from the kitchen, we also recommend the creamy Golden Butter Pumpkin Chicken and Sweet Squash with Beancurd.
To complement your meal, try their signature Ice Lime Plum Juice.
For more privacy, there are six private rooms that fits ten people where you can enjoy your seafood feast away from the crowd.
