Chef Firdaous has worked in the food industry for more than 24 years in France, Germany, Brunei, and Malaysia just to name a few.
The cafe offers a fusion of western and local cuisines. We started with the taste bud tinglers Watermelon with Feta Cheese that is salty sweet refreshing. One of our favourite is the Seafood Kerabu, a refreshing salad balanced with a burst of tropical flavours – fruity, sweet and sour with a spicy kick all at the same time!
En papillote is a French for cooking “in a paper pouch”. If you have not tried any in Kota Kinabalu, then this amazing Sea Bass En Papillote with Nyonya Assam is a must try – sour, fiery hot, and tastes extraordinarily satisfying.
Quench yourself with fresh juices or milkshakes (coffee, tea and water are complimentary!). Though they do not serve alcohol, diners are allowed to bring your own wine or beer with no corkage charged.
