‘Tropical Rainforest Run 2019’, the first running event at Tawau Hills Park, home to the Seraya Siput Kuning (shorea faguetiana), the tallest tropical tree in the world. Standing at 99.2 metres high, the tree was discovered on 28 May 2018 and is among Sabah’s well-known giant tropical tree species.

Apart from exploring the adventurous trek, runners are sure to be mesmerised by the undisturbed scenery of the virgin tropical rainforest at Tawau Hills Park.
