Itinerary
Day 1
08:30: Arrival of participant.
09:30: Briefing.
10:00: Ice breaking games.
10:30: Topic 1- Scene Assessment, Barrier Use, Primary Assessment, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR, child and infant)
12:30: Lunch and camp.
13:30: Topic 2- Serious Bleeding Management, Shock Management, Spinal Injury Management.
15:00: Tea Break.
15:30: Activity 3- Conscious and Unconscious Choking Management (child and infant).
17:00: Back to accommodation. Shower and get ready for dinner.
18:00: Dinner and camp.
20:00: Camp fire and sharing.
21:00: R&R.
Day 2
07:00: Camp.
08:00: Topic 4- Practical scenario, Theory Question and Answer.
11:00: Handover of certificate.
12:30: Camp.
13:30: End of programme.
Campsite
A chance to sleep under the stars and experience a night away from the city life.
Meals can be arranged for an additional cost (recommended to bring your own food).
With a packed schedule, you might just want to take a break during rest time.
However, if you’re up for it, there is always a chance to sight-see around the campsite or you can add some collections to your photo album by waking up early to catch the sunrise.

You can fly to Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) direct from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Labuan, Sandakan or Tawau.
Arrival by land
You can travel to Papar from Kota Kinabalu by car (approx. 1 hour) and by train from Kota Kinabalu (approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes).
In lieu of the Covid-19 pandemic, you can opt to postpone your trip once it is safe to travel again. Kindly contact the property owner for more information.
